I personally want to thank all of the Serrans and their wives for this lovely afternoon! The $100, the Jack Stack meal, prayer patch and the opportunity to visit with my friends in the Charities of Leavenworth and Atchison Benedictines...as well as my own community who came with me. All of you are in my prayers for your kindness.

Religious Sisters' Appreciation Day Thank You messages.
I had a wonderful time yesterday and want to thank you for the gift of money, the fun of bingo, and the delicious dinner. I noticed how many dedicated people contributed to that experience. That is surely a witness that the church can be proud of. Please let others know how I appreciated the work that went in yesterday. Because I am handicapped and unable to walk and carry a plate, Joanie (I don’t know her last name) very generously got my plate and also two other sisters who were with me. If possible, please let her know how I valued her help.

Thank you so very much for the Sister's appreciation Day. It was special to be among so many other religious. The efforts of members of the Serra Club were so kind and attentive to us on that day. And I know how much work it took to prepare such delicious food, and games to play and of course the prayers and songs long remembered.

What a generous and kind afternoon gave to all of the religious women. Thank you so much. From beginning to end--the greetings, the time to meet and renew friendships, the popcorn and bingo. the monetary gift, and that delicious meal from Jack Stack--AND THAT GREAT DESSERT TABLE--as ever in the past it was all wonderful. Thank you so much. I particularly enjoyed talking to the men and women who came to our table. They were the icing on the cake. Also, the short talks from the various members and clergy. Thank you. Thank you for all your hard work. The afternoon was a total success.
