Brian Schenk shared their mission, vision and Strategic Plan at the June 10th Membership Luncheon Meeting.

He stressed keeping the increase in tuition under 5%/yr. so our Catholic schools do not become for the affluent only.
Twenty-nine students became Catholic in the last 7 years.
Two past students are in the seminary.

The Strategic Plan for Saint Thomas Aquinas High School  is organized into eight core domains to guide campus priorities and student development: Academics, Advancement, Catholic Identity, Enrollment, Facilities, Finance, Governance, and Student Life
The blueprint focuses on several key actionable objectives to shape the student experience:
  • Academics & Formation: Guided by the belief that students of all abilities can fulfill their potential, the plan emphasizes reaffirming intellectual excellence and implementing tracking metrics for the student experience.
  • Catholic Identity: Building authentic environments where Catholic faith and values guide all aspects of student life, and prioritizing spiritual formation for the community.
  • Student Life & Wellness: Empowering students to take ownership of their activities and developing faith-filled wellness programs that support mental health, wellness, and life balance.
  • Facilities & Operations: Strategically updating the campus to keep students engaged locally in arts and athletics, and ensuring a comprehensive examination of all resources.
